My name is Amethyst and I am a single mother fighting to keep my son with me. I was in a car accident sept 9th 2024. A teenage kid ran a red light n got hit by a suv n slid right into the front end of my car and totaled my car i had back n neck injuries n was off work on unpaid medical leave because i had just started that job literally a week earlier... financial stability was a concern for the judge My son cries everytime i speak to him n begs to come home... he shows me bruises n explains where they came from... I tried to get a restraining order but bc i didnt document properly n lack of lawyer my request was denied... I have spent everything and anything to protect him. The things he has told me that has been said to him is mental abuse... leaving bruises is abuse... I had to return him and now its been 3 days and the court order calls are being interfered with... So i have not seen or heard from my son... i have called the police to document it and now they are tellin me they dont enforce out of state court orders and will not go check on him everytime I call... i am worried about my son's physical and mental safety...Please, anything will help. Please help me protect my son from being mentally and physically abused. Help me get a lawyer so I can protect my baby. I'm pleading with you.
