My name is Scott Foster, and I never imagined I would be in a position where I needed to ask for help.

Over the past year, my family has faced unimaginable loss with the passing of my children's mother. Since then, I have been doing everything I can to provide stability for my children while navigating multiple legal proceedings involving custody, visitation, parental rights, and family matters.

I am the surviving parent of my children, and my focus has always been on being present in their lives, supporting them through their grief, and protecting the relationships that matter most. While many families are able to heal privately, our family has unfortunately found itself involved in ongoing legal battles that continue to grow in both complexity and cost.

I am currently facing significant legal expenses related to court proceedings, attorney fees, transcripts, filings, and reunification efforts with my daughter, Skylar. Like any father, I want the opportunity to remain actively involved in my children's lives and to ensure their future is guided by love, stability, and family.

As someone who has already spent thousands of dollars on legal representation and now finds himself needing to secure new counsel, I am reaching out for help. Any funds raised will be used solely for legal expenses, court-related costs, and services that support my children and help preserve our family relationships.

This is not easy for me to do. Those who know me know I would much rather handle things on my own. But sometimes life puts us in situations where we have to set our pride aside and ask for support.
