Legal Aid for Kathya's father detained by immigration.

I am reaching out with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit. Monday my father was detained by immigration authorities in Cleveland Tx, while on his way to work. He is a hardworking man who has always strived to provide for us and live peacefully. As his only daughter and family member in the U.S., I am doing everything I can to bring him back home.

We have been working with an attorney to adjust his immigration status, as I am a U.S. citizen and eligible to sponsor him. Unfortunately, the process has taken much longer than anticipated, and now we face additional legal challenges due to his detention.

This is where we need your help. Legal fees and associated costs are mounting, and we cannot do this alone.
