I am Margaret Drummond. I’m starting a Go Fund Me for my brother David Whitten. Over the past 40 years, David and his wife have adopted up to 28 children. He is a widower and since the death of his wife, he has been the sole caretaker for 6 incompetent adults. On January 3, his blind, autistic daughter died. When David called 911, the police came and as a result of their investigation, David was arrested and charged with criminal neglect. He is out on bond and has hired a lawyer.
