Legal access to see my son

Hello, my name is Quintin. I am fundraising for an ongoing legal battle, to pay for a trial to see my son. My son was taken from me by my ex (his mother) three years ago, and will not allow me any visitation. We have been through family docket court, but nothing has changed and she won't be held accountable. I haven't seen my son in over three years since he was about six months old. Legal counsel I have spoken with have informed me that I have a really strong case, however I need to get it to trial in order to make it happen. I work very hard and quite dependable, being that they have taken my driver's license away to administrative penalties to do with court, on affidavits that were false, it is very hard to make a steady income.
