Leeds Irish Health & Homes transforming lives in Leeds
What we're doing
We're raising money in aid of Leeds Irish Health & Homes by taking part on The Leeds Dock Dragon Boat Race! Our team will be called the Irish Sea Horses and you'll definitely spot us (look for the green outfits!)
The race takes place Saturday 29 June 2024 10-5pm at Leeds Dock (The Boulevard Leeds LS10 1PZ)
Come along and cheer for us and help us raise some money for our lifeline services. Expect crazy costumes, face paint and lots of noise!
And there's loads happening to entertain supporters - family-friendly rides, DJ sets, live music acts, street food, and diverse entertainment, making it an ideal day out for all ages. And it's FREE to come and watch!
About Leeds Irish Health & Homes
Since 1996, we have been at the forefront of providing services to meet the current and developing needs of the Irish community in Leeds.
We've supported thousands of people in our community during this time, helping them to live more independent lives and navigate systems in times of uncertainty with our personalised approach.
We promise that everyone who walks through our door will always find a smile and warm welcome,
the offer of a hot drink and – most importantly – someone who will listen to what you have to say.
Supporting us helps vulnerable members of our community live independently, attend social groups or activities, get a hot meal at one of our Lunch Clubs and cope with the cost of living crisis.
Thank you for your support - any donation, big or small, makes a real difference.
