We support children and young people living in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas, providing engaging play and youth work embedded in communities. We also provide personalised part-time and full-time alternative education environments for children and young people to overcome barriers to engagement and learning.
Through our work:
We provide safe, emotionally supportive and enriching spaces where children and young people can:
- Build trusted and trauma-informed relationships;
- Grow in confidence and independence;
- Overcome challenges;
- Have ownership of their learning and future.
Because our work is wide‑ranging and ongoing, every contribution will support children and young people. Your donation could help:
- Children to be playful and curious about the work around them through our community-based play sessions
- Young people to engage with and be supported by youth workers in places and spaces they feel comfortable
- Ensure our play and youth sessions are well-resourced and that children and young people have access to meals, particularly in the long school holidays
- Provide more opportunities for children and young people to access positive activities and trusted adults in their community
- Provide everyday clothing, equipment and personal care items that young people need so they can arrive at school ‘ready to learn’
- Provide positive solutions for children and young people at the earliest possible opportunity.
