I want to share a deeply personal and challenging journey. When my children were just 2 and 6 years old, their father (my husband at the time), chose to disconnect from our lives. This choice left lasting scars on all of us, but especially my children - impacting their sense of self-worth and trust in others. It has been and remains to be a difficult journey of healing.

I have been a single parent for over 12 years now and I am doing everything in my power to ensure that my children have the emotional and mental health support that they need. Now, on top of that I have been forced to take legal action to ensure fair child support. The financial struggle has intensified as their father deliberately avoids his responsibilities. This legal journey has been emotionally draining, reopening old wounds and testing our resilience.
