Lead by Example & Reverse the Trend, Inc. is dedicated to empowering youth in disadvantaged communities through real-life mentoring and support. Their Project PIVOT program, implemented in New York schools, focuses on providing at-risk students with one-on-one and group mentoring, homework supervision, and conflict counseling.
