Lea wheels to freedom

hi everyone

on the 14th of july 2021 my mother went in for a simple colonoscopy procedure but as she went under she was slipping in and out of consciousness my father had gotten the trended phone call that would change out lives forever my mother had suffered a severe bleed left side of her brain which had caused a severe stroke which lead her to lose her ability to talk to walk to write basically everything she simply knew how to do at one stage our mother went code blue and had died but fortunately was brought back to life . Our mother was in hospital for four months On 9th of November she was brought back home which hasn’t been easy but my father and I are doing the best we can . Her recovery hasn’t been easy but she is determined as a result of her recovery my mother hasn’t been tabl to go in the car. As the car we have isn’t suitable for our mother due to her being in a wheel chair my mother also has had pneumonia and covid which she needed to be hospitalised one time NSW AMBULANCE were extremely busy and took over two hours to come my mother was later discharged at 10.30 at night

my family and I would love to take her out to café restaurants shopping give her a little freedom. With this money raised we would love to buy a disability van where we put her into a safe and secure vehicle which would be equipped for her needs.

with this our family would be extremely grateful as we simply don’t have the money to buy a disability vehicle my father had to step down from his job to be my mother full time carer

our family has already suffered enough and sets back and honestly mean the absolute world to us if we could raise money to buy our mother a disability van where she can have her wheels to freedom
