Le Tour de Friends Ride for Hospice of Elgin

This year our fundraiser ride is supporting the Hospice of Elgin and we'd love for you to help out!

Hospice of Elgin will be dedicated to providing expert, compassionate end-of-life care to individuals and families in Elgin County. The space is designed with a comforting, cottage-like atmosphere, and will offer round-the-clock care in its 10 private suites, along with a palliative care clinic, respite care, and grief counselling.

Currently, Elgin County is the only region in Southwestern Ontario without a hospice, and residents needing hospice care face transportation barriers. Hospice of Elgin aims to change that by providing a local, welcoming space that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Your donations will help build this essential facility, ensuring that no one in our community faces their end-of-life journey alone. The hospice will create over 30 jobs and offer volunteer opportunities for approximately 200 individuals, further strengthening our community.
