Dear Friends & Family,
Le Bilboquet New York has been proud to serve you since 1985 when we first opened on 63rd Street. On March 15th, 2020 with a heavy heart we decided to temporarily close all our NY locations in support to all efforts to stop the spread of Covid-19.
As much as we'd love to continue our daily work and be together with you and our employees, your health and safety always come first . Very hopeful we stand here today and look forward to reopening when we will be able to safely serve you again.
During this troublesome time of uncertainty, we are most concerned about the people who have served you daily, some for over 30 years. Many of you call us daily and ask how you can help our employees directly. We set up this fund to collect and distribute 100% of all donations made here to our employees. This includes all cooks, servers, bussers, runners, porters, Maitre Ds and bartenders who currently are not able to earn a living because of the mandated restaurant closing. Any donations are welcome.
We are truly grateful for all of you. Calling you our family and friends in this difficult time is our honor. On the other side of this, we will welcome you back with open arms and our heartfelt hospitality.
