LCP and TAFK

We all know how theatre has changed Alexis's life. When she performed her first role as Molly in Annie, Jr. at the Lincoln Community Playhouse for the Penguin Project, we knew that she had found her home on the stage. Alexis will be performing in her 8th Penguin Project in 2023! This is by far one of the best things to happen to our community and the students around our city.

Alexis has also found a home at Theatre Arts for Kids, where she has performed since 2018. From ensemble roles to her most recent performance as the Dragon in Shrek, Jr. (where she walked on stage)- she has had 100 percent support from the directors and cast members to make her safe and able to give her best.

Because both of these programs use the funding for outreach and to provide opportunities to underserved youth in our communities that go further than just performance- Alexis has decided that she will split the money raised for both of these programs.
