#LaymansHopingforaBABY Fundraiser for IVF

Dustin and I have been together for 17 years, married for 10 years! In this time, we have gone through major life changes- good and bad. One thing we have always wanted is a child of our own to complete our family. I have achieved most all of my goals through life, but one. Becoming a Mother. I found out years ago that I am one of many women who struggle with PCOS and Endometriosis. For 5 years we have tried to conceive with countless fertility medications, treatments, surgeries and procedures and unfortunately have had no success. Our hearts break every time a pregnancy test comes back
negative.

Dustin and I have both felt called by God to become parents. Our first step in this process has been going to the Institute of Reproductive Health (IRH) inCincinnati, Ohio and being seen by a reproductive specialist. After initial appointments, we are in the process of starting our IVF journey. All money raised will go towards these medical expenses which, unfortunately, are not covered by insurance.

Our prayer is spoken in this verse:
”For this child, I have prayed and the Lord has granted me of what I asked of him” -1st Samuel 1:27

Any donations are very much appreciated and will 100% go towards our IVF journey of having a child!

UPDATE:

It’s been 2 years since we have done an update on here. We have been through so much heartache with a miscarriage and losing our son in September 2021. Continuing this journey sometimes seems unimaginable. But we are determined to have a family. Dustin and I want to be parents, we want to share all of our love with a little one and start a family. We have 2 embryos left, so we are coming up on our 6th frozen embryo transfer. Unfortunately I had to have another surgery to try and get some answers with biopsies and to possibly help this next transfer. Everything was benign, thank god! We also found out I have 2 blood clotting disorders which could have contributed to the previous miscarriages. This week we decided to move forward with scheduling another transfer and our clinic that we go to in Cincinnati blessed us with a $1,500 grant. We are so thankful to Dr. Awadalla and his team for giving that to us. As everyone knows these transfers are over $5,000 so that was very helpful. Thank you to all of you who continue to pray and think of us during the process. It means the world! ❤️✨
