Laura's accident & help with childcare

I was in a horrible car wreck and was life-flighted to the nearest trauma 1 hospital in Fargo, where I found out that I broke my neck and needed surgery.  
I was recently released from the hospital with strict restrictions.  I cannot pick my 3 year old up, or anything more than 8 pounds for that matter.  I have lost pretty much all of my independence.
 
My family has been so very supportive and I am blessed to have them.  They are caring for my child right now, and thought it would be best to put her back in her old daycare so she can have some stability along with familiarity after this dramatic event (and they also need to work too)
They have been paying for her daycare as I am incapable of working/contributing, which makes me feel sick to my stomach at times.
I have calculated out about 7 weeks of daycare cost (roughly $1000) and am praying to god I can raise the money to help alleviate the burden on my family having to cover these costs while I'm recovering.
Anything helps,and it is hard to even type this up.
But, please keep us all in your prayers. if I stick with the plan and don't overdue myself I should make a full recovery.
My daughter is my world and my reason to fight for life and I just want to try and help contribute in any way I can.  Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
