Artificial intelligence is changing every part of our lives, from education and healthcare to hiring and public services. Yet the people most affected by these systems are almost never the people shaping them.

I am an Afro-Indigenous technologist, decolonial social scientist, and the founder of Justice AI GPT, the world's first AI system built on a documented decolonial framework. For years I have researched how AI systems reproduce historical patterns of exclusion while being marketed as neutral and objective. I built the methodology to change that. Now I am building the organization to deliver it.

The Decolonial Algorithmic Coalition exists to do something no DEI consulting firm has done. We will bring rigorous, documented decolonial governance bias audits directly to schools, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and civic organizations, completely free of charge. We will audit their AI systems, policies and procedures, their H.R and hiring practices, etc., and identify every bias issue embedded in their organizations. We will also offer free workshop trainings from C_Suite Leadership, down to lower-level management.

Here is why that matters. Powerful institutions have every excuse to delay equity work. Budget constraints. Competing priorities. Procurement processes. We eliminate every single one of those excuses by making the service free. They cannot say no. And once the audit is done, it's done. Their curriculum, their hiring policies, their internal procedures get examined through a documented decolonial framework that names exactly where colonial logic is operating and exactly what structural intervention is needed. The findings exist on record. The accountability is real. And, we will offer actionable solutions.

Starting in Colorado we are bringing AI literacy workshops, bias audits, and educational resources to communities that have been deliberately excluded from conversations about technology. But our audits reach into the most powerful rooms in the country because that is where the harm is being produced at scale.

Communities don't just need access to AI. They need the power to audit the institutions using AI to govern their lives.
