"Mi hijo entraba y salía con una sonrisa todos los días como cualquier niño. Pero no era porque estaba feliz ahí, sino porque no sabía el horror que lo esperaba adentro. Sonreía con la inocencia de quien confía en los adultos, sin imaginar que serían ellos quienes lo traicionarían. [...] Esa sonrisa era de confianza...y ellos la convirtieron en dolor."
Somos Cuidadoras en Resistencia, un colectivo conformado por personas cuidadoras de todas partes de México ,y junto a las familias de las víctimas de tortura del Instituto Neki, pedimos tu ayuda para exigir justicia y ayudarles a comenzar a sanar.
Neki es una institución educativa privada que se presenta como un espacio seguro para las infancias neurodivergentes en el que estas podrán ejercer su derecho a la educación. Sin embargo, se convirtió en una pesadilla.
No fueron errores ni accidentes, nuestros niños y niñas sufrieron tortura sistemática. Golpes, humillaciones y abusos han dejado cicatrices en sus cuerpos y corazones. Algunos quieren culparles, justificando su conducta acusándoles de ser agresivos. Esa es una vil mentira, nada justifica la tortura.
Nada justifica robarle la felicidad a nuestros hijos e hijas.
Junto a Cuidadoras en Resistencia recaudamos fondos para:
- Exigir justicia. Apoyar nuestra lucha para llevar a los responsables ante la justicia, asegurando la reparación y no repetición del daño.
- Sanar a nuestros hijos e hijas. Brindar terapia y la atención necesaria a las familias para ayudarles a superar el trauma.
- Cambiar el sistema. Crear un precedente legal que sea el parteaguas para evitar por todos los medios posibles que más infancias neurodivergentes sean interrumpidas por la ignorancia, la tortura y el maltrato de docentes.
No nos callaremos, te necesitamos a nuestro lado. Tu donación dará fuerza a nuestra lucha por la verdad y la justicia, que el mundo sepa que el dolor de nuestros hijos e hijas no será en vano, que en México todas las infancias merecen respeto, seguridad y justicia.

Neurodivergent children must not be harmed! – The Neki Case
"My son walked into school every day with a smile on his face, like any child. But that smile wasn’t from joy—it came from innocence, from not knowing the horrors he would face inside. He trusted adults, never imagining they would betray him. That smile was one of trust . . . and they turned it into pain"
We are Cuidadoras en Resistencia, a collective comprised of caregivers all over Mexico, and along with the families of the children victims of torture at the Neki Institute we ask for your help to seek justice and help this families begging healing.
Neki is a private educational institution that presented itself as a safe space in which neurodivergent children could exercise their right to education safely. Nevertheless, this safety turned into a nightmare.
It wasn't a mistake nor an accident; our children were systematically tortured. Bruises, humiliation and abuse inflicted in this place have left indelible marks on their bodies and hearts. They blame on our children, accusing them of being overly aggressive, but nothing can justify torture.
Nothing can justify how they stole their smiles.
Along with Cuidadoras en Resistencia, we're asking for your help to:
- Secure Justice. Support legal efforts to hold abusers and complicit institutions accountable, ensuring this never happens again.
- Heal our Children. Provide therapy and medical care to help the families recover from trauma.
- Advocate for Change. Create a legal precedent and avoid in every way possible that more children.
