Larry Brook Heart Surgery Fund

Hello, My name is Kayla Bond and I am starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my grandparents Michelle Brook and Larry Book to raise money for my grandfather’s heart surgery.

Larry Brook is a great-grandfather, grandfather, father, brother, and husband. This past April he turned 80 years old and has lived a long and happy life. He has also been through a lot of battles. In 2019, he was diagnosed with B-Cell Lymphoma and was finally able to beat it after many chemo treatments, and now he has to have heart surgery. He is scheduled to undergo a heart valve replacement on January 17th. Hopefully, all goes well, and he will be up and about in several weeks!

Please help us by helping him have less worry by contributing even a small amount to his GoFundMe page to help with his Medicare out-of-pocket costs for this surgery- $7,500. They are really struggling with paying bills late, even going to a local food bank to help with paying for groceries.

We are hopeful that friends, family, and the online community will help with his medical expenses not covered by Medicare.
