Hello! We are the Investment Society at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), a passionate group of students committed to making a difference. Our mission? To bridge the digital divide and empower education in the poorest and most underserved region in Costa Rica.

Our Cause: In Costa Rica, access to technology remains a challenge for many students. Without laptops, they miss out on essential learning opportunities, research, and connectivity. We believe that every student deserves a chance to thrive, regardless of their socio-economic background.

What Happened: During our recent outreach trip to Costa Rica, we witnessed firsthand the determination of students who strive to learn despite limited resources. Their resilience inspired us to take action. We met aspiring engineers, artists, and future leaders who dream of brighter futures.

Our Goal: We aim to raise funds to provide brand-new laptops to students in Costa Rica. These laptops will be their gateway to knowledge, creativity, and global connectivity. With your support, we can transform lives, one laptop at a time.

How Funds Will Be Used:

Purchasing Laptops: We’ll carefully select affordable, high-quality laptops that meet the students’ needs.
