Lap of the Gap for Ark Housing
Donation protected

Ark Housing Association was set up as a response to the very obvious needs of people presenting as homeless in the Bray area. Ark purchased and converted a property to provide six units of accommodation for homeless men who would benefit from support that would help in the transition from homelessness to independent living. Ark increased the housing stock to include a further eighteen properties for local families and are in the process of two further acquisitions which we are hopeful to complete within the coming weeks and will bring the numbers of those housed by Ark close to eighty.
Ark housing are committed to being at the forefront of delivering housing and support services in Co. Wicklow to participate in creating forever homes for the most vulnerable in our society. The impact of Covid-19 has greatly reduced our capacity to fundraise so we would appreciate any support of our organisation.
Lap of the Gap has been organised by The Glenview Running group on behalf of Ark and this bunch of seasoned runners will tackle the challenge of a 40km trail run of the Sally Gap on 28th December.
