Hi, we are Taj Hubbard and Lochie Helms, we are both 12 years old from Ulladulla, nsw. We are reaching out to help fundraise monies for our cause and to help our homeless at a time of need.

After a long trip traveling California in America, it all was fun but we saw homelessness all over, especially in San Francisco. It is also a big thing in our local community, maybe just not as visible. It was sad for us as a family to see this happening on the streets of America. It made us feel so grateful to have a roof over our heads and food on the table.

When I saw all of this homelessness I felt I needed to act, we needed to act. We needed to do something! So me and my good friend Lochie have started start a program called Lap for the Homeless. Our initial goal was to raise $1000 for each of our our local charities The Soup Kitchen and The Safe Waters Shelter. We've had such a great response early on that we're now going for $2000 each! These charities give those in need food and a warm place to stay, so really need our help.

Lochie and I will be running every morning to help raise our goal. Please help us reach our goal by donating another you can. A little can go a long way.

We all need to act sometimes, and that time is now!
