Land of hope - purchasing land for Vision of hope
Donation protected
This project aims at raising £2000 to purchase a piece of land for Vision Of Hope Children’s Centre Uganda. This action is going to lower the monthly cost of running the organisation as no rent will be required anymore for growing their own food (which is the current situation).
Vision Of Hope Children’s Centre Uganda is a non profit organisation registered in Masaka, Uganda. It was founded by Tamale Ashiraf Talemwa, whom I first met at the beginning of 2021.
This is their website:

His story touched me deeply. He literally brings children from the street and gives them a home - and hope. There are countless problems in what we call the Third World and homeless children are one of them.
Many people would like to help when they see it but they don’t know how.
Well - here you can help easily, it’s just one click away.
While some place in the middle of Africa may seem so distant, you will have the chance to see every step of the progress on Facebook. When you help a project and see the results - you know it happened thanks to you.
If we manage to buy that land Tamale will be able to move his activities there - you can see on Facebook how things are going now - hands on every step of the way! I will feel like we accomplished something meaningful if we make it happen.
I will keep you informed about the progress, you can join the Facebook group to see it:
