Stop Panama Energy Center GoFundMe covers lawyer expenses, advertising and mass mailings. Our appeal with the Lancaster county board of commissioners is done. The next step is district court and beyond, if necessary. Our goal is to win and then start a movement to protect Nebraska from this solar industry predator. The solar industry and residents don’t mix. Local governments should not expect rural Nebraskans to bear all the burdens and risks of the Solar Industry, lithium batteries and lawsuits. This GoFundMe started in 2020 to protect southeast Nebraska against Wind Turbines. Any unused funds will remain in the fund to be used to benefit Nebraska residents.
