Lala was a fierce advocate for the underdog and underserved. She wanted to make sure that all people were included equally in society and that diversity was a given. She protested, raised monies, and her life goal was to make things better for other people who struggled. Lala Seneca Vernon Debari was just 17 when she was killed in a car accident on October 1, 2020. This fundraiser is to support a broad array of peoples and organizations that she supported and wanted to strengthen, to honor the other, in her name.
