Dear Lakoya Homeowner:

In the tradition of many HOAs, The Lakoya Neighborhood Homeowners Association has established a holiday fund for the people who work for our neighborhood in landscaping, maintenance, and gate access control. There are currently 16 landscape workers, 6 gate personnel and one maintenance worker.

This voluntary donation is a means for our residents to say "thank you" to the people that service our community needs throughout the year and will be distributed by the HOA Board members to each person in mid-December. If you would like to contribute, please make your contribution by Friday, December 8, 2023. In 2022 more than $11,500 was raised for holiday gifts.

The suggested contribution is $40 per household or any other amount you would like to give.
