The dedicated team at Lakeview Care Home are due to take on the scenic Swanage Trail hike this Sunday, all in support of a cause close to their hearts—the Adopt a Grandparent charity. With walking boots on and spirits high, they will tackle the beautiful coastal route to help raise awareness and vital funds that will go toward connecting generations and combating loneliness among the elderly.
