Lake Stevens Boys and Girls club Eagle project
Donation protected
A good portion of my early childhood I spent after school at the Lake Stevens Boys and Girls Club. My time there helped shape the person I am today. I had many teachers and mentors at the Club believe in me and provided positive role modeling in my life. Over the years I saw how much good they do in the community, not just for myself but for many kids and their families. As I started looking at potential Eagle Scout Projects to work on, I chose to make my project all about giving back to the Boys and Girls Club here in Lake Stevens. I will be building much needed tether ball courts and picnic tables for the kids to utilize while they are playing and enjoying the outdoors. My goal is to raise this money before August, 2020 so that these will be available for staff and kids to use when they go back to school in the Fall. I understand how difficult it is during these uncertain times, but I am hoping you will consider donating to this worthy cause. Every penny earned will go straight to building this much needed outdoor equipment. Any surplus money will be given to the Boys and Girls Club as a donation to be used as they see fit. You have my heartfelt thanks for taking this moment to read about my project and considering a donation.
