Lake Naomi for All: To regain unlimiited temp. memberships

We are a group of homeowners and members of the Lake Naomi Club (LNC), Timber Trails Community Association (TTCA), and Pocono Pines Community Association (PPCA) who are advocating against a proposed deed restriction that would limit your property rights and ability to rent your home. We are seeking your support to help us protect your investment in your home and prevent the HOAs from causing damage to your property value.

Our goal is to also overturn the current restrictions on Lake Naomi Club Temporary Memberships, which were imposed by the LNC Board of Trustees. These restrictions are not allowed by the existing bylaws, which means that any temporary memberships granted to guests or short-term rental guests should be gratuitous, just as they are currently allowed for guests of the Mountaintop Lodge.

We are seeking funds to cover our public relations and legal expenses as we fight against this overreach by the PPCA, TTCA, and LNC in the Lake Naomi and Timber Trails community. Your support is crucial in our efforts to ensure that your property rights are protected and upheld.
