Lake Blvd in the Felton/Lompico area of Santa Cruz County, CA is a privately maintained road in desperate need of repair and maintenance. This road serves as the primary access to approximately 60 homes and emergency access to approximately 500 more. Due to the geography of the region if the main road is closed (which happens often in stormy weather) there is no other means of access for residents or emergency vehicles.

During the intense storms in January 2023 a section of the road was washed out due to mudslides and tree fall. In addition, several other sections sustained moderate damage resulting in large potholes and unstable conditions.

While the Road Association has some funds from regular annual dues it is only a portion of the amount needed for the survey, permitting, and repairs needed.

Please help us repair our little rural road!
