Lafoy guardianship help

As most of you know we have been in a huge custody battle for guardianship for two children since March. Also in March, we had a hiccup in our lives, I was put on a LOA (leave of absence) from work due to Covid. Since then we have been sliding by with Josh's income and slowly draining our savings. In this time we have spent upwards of $5000 on legal fees, not to mention what we've spent on household bills and groceries. Things have been adding up and we are continuing to struggle. I went back to work June 1st but, to be honest, we have been behind for the last three months. We have a big trial coming up in September and also a small hearing on July 8th. We now need to get an attorney here in Nevada as well as keep up with the bills coming from the Utah attorney and household necessities. We are quickly falling behind, and we are asking our village to come together and help where they can. We have put a 5000 dollar goal to put a retainer down for the Nevada attorney. If anything else is left over, then we will use it to catch up on other bills. Anything that you can put in helps so much. You are fighting for the cause as well. Which is to make sure these children have a safe environment for the rest of their lives. We want to thank all of you from the bottoms of our hearts in advance.
