Hi my name is Deb I’m taking on the Dementia Uk challenge to Run 1 mile every Day in April .

Having my own brain damaged by a stroke I have some understanding of the difficulties dementia causes on a day to day basis .I have had to build new pathways , in order to function daily .I haven’t ran any distance since my stroke so this won’t be easy 1 mile sounds nothing to my brain and body it’s 10 miles !
