Kevin was diagnosed with smoldering myeloma.  It is a blood cancer.  The good news is it was caught early.  He has been in a trial at Dana Farber since Nov 23rd and responding very well to the treatment.  He has one of the top smoldering myeloma doctors in the world leading the trial.  The goal is to prevent his cancer from ever progressing.  He feels good and is working full time as a personal trainer and looking forward to starting the Spring season at Pingree.
