La Verne Little League Softball World Series Run

On July 14th 2022 La Verne Little League Softball Majors Team made history again, capturing the Little League California State Champion Title for the second year in a row, now earning themselves another opportunity of a lifetime to represent not only the city of La Verne but also represent Southern California in the Western Regionals Tournament in San Bernardino, CA beginning July 24th airing on ESPN. Last year they were one game away from the Little League Softball World Series; now, they are now on their way again with six returning players. The majority of these talented ladies who work hard and have manifested this path for years attend Ramona Middle School. The path ahead is quite exciting. Not many can say they played at Little League Regionals or World Series. This is such a unique opportunity, and we are looking for community support!!!

Time is one of two resources they are short on as well as the equipment and travel essentials to compete against some of our nation’s greatest teams. The players and coaches will be staying on-site during the tournament, checking in this Thursday, 7/21. Our league leaders are working fast to ensure these girls have what they need for success.
