Hi La Rue Park Families,
La Rue Park's closure during the COVID-19 crisis puts our wonderful teachers in a financially uncertain and difficult situation. All teachers have been laid off beginning in April and until the school can reopen.
This GoFundMe will raise money to give them a little extra cushion during the month of April. We understand this situation is financially difficult for many people and some people are still paying for childcare. We understand that not everyone will be able to contribute.
The goal is to raise $1,000 per teacher, plus $493 to cover the 2.9% GoFundMe transaction fee. Please contribute by April 10th if you can. We know our teachers will be grateful to be supported during this difficult time.
We are combining two existing preschool fundraisers and adding the baby and toddler rooms. We want to be sure all the teachers are included!
