Virtual Tip Jar for La Jolla’s Crew

Hi all! 

Due to COVID-19 we have decided to close down all of our La Colombe  locations for two weeks for the safety of our customers and our staff. However, we will continue to reevaluate the situation as it unfolds, as nothing is certain. For now, all  baristas will receive two weeks pay based on their average hours worked. As most of you know, those who work in this industry, baristas heavily rely on tips on top of their hourly pay.  

Though we are fortunate enough to know we will have some income coming in for the next couple of weeks, the amount coming in is significantly less than anticipated. Putting baristas in a tight spot financially. Therefore, anything you are able to give will help our thirteen  baristas on their day to day expenses.
