my name is Sam, I’m a 21 year old solo traveler from the United States. I have been traveling to teach poetry around South America, and for the past 2 months I was hitchhiking to Venezuela with a Venezuelan immigrant named Angel. Him and his family were displaced to Peru over 7 years ago and we hitchhiked together from Peru to Colombia, where I left and paid for him to get buses to Venezuela. He doesn’t have money or a phone. Now he is with his family but it is hard to get a job and do better for himself from where his father lives. He is about to go back to Colombia with nothing but his passport in hopes that he can make a life for himself. I am a broke college student that started a nonprofit and I don’t have the means to support him financially anymore than I have. Please donate even a dollar to give him something to eat while is is alone with nothing. He’s an amazing person and no one deserves ti go through the things that him, his family, and many other Venezuelans have had to go through. Please help him
