Many of you may know Michael Baumert, some may not. I'll better introduce you to him for those that may not know him well. Michael served our country in combat an is a disabled veteran. He doesn't tell people this because he doesn't want special or different treatment but he deserves it, he EARNED IT.  On Monday December 16th many people were thinking of last minute Christmas shopping but Michael lost his home and everything in it in this fire caused by failed electrical. He did have a small amount of renter's insurance which will eventually cover some of the loss but not until well after the holidays. He has 2 girls, aged 6 and 9 who lost their entire Christmas. We all can donate a small amount to make sure this family has Christmas this year. Michael has a heart of gold and would give his last penny to help someone he didn't know, it's time for us to give back a bit and show appreciation to him.
