Asalamualaikum, this year, in alignment with our faith and the decision to refrain from celebrating birthdays, we have chosen to focus on giving back in a way that is meaningful in the eyes of Allah. Instead of celebrating my husband Rezwan Uddin’s birthday, I want to honor him by raising funds to build a water well, a cause that will not only benefit those in need but also earn continuous rewards for him in the Hereafter. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "The best charity is the one that benefits others." By providing access to clean water, we can help improve lives, support communities, and leave a lasting legacy of goodness. I invite you to join me in this blessed endeavor, as every drop of water from the well will bring ongoing rewards for him, long after we are gone In Sha Allah.
