Kyle’s Skydive For ManUp

Hello,

As you all know, I’m Kyle. (duh)

Long story short, I’ve decided to take part in a skydive to raise money for the charity ‘ManUp?’, a charity that raises money and gives support to men who struggle with the battles that mental health brings. This is something that is extremely close and personal to me as like many of us (too many), I’ve been flicking through low points like a Microsoft PowerPoint over the last few years, but what hurts the most is witnessing friends and family deal with this silent battle.

But what I’ve grown to realise is that IT IS OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY, but many men will never realise that, and some will but by that time, it could be too late.

SUICIDE IS THE BIGGEST KILLER OF MEN BELOW THE AGE OF 50

IT IS ALSO THE BIGGEST KILLER OF ALL PEOPLE BELOW THE AGE OF 35.

This is not normal.
