CHILDREN who long to be with their Mother. Friend of our family, separated by a nasty divorce from her children, except twice a month, from another country, unfortunately has been diagnosed with cancer. (Currently treatable) January 1, 2021 UPDATE: For those of you following this GFM story and it’s progress — the reuniting of these children with their mother, who they long to spend more time with, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for your prayers, your care, and your generosity for this hurting little family. Here is where things stand now: The last court hearing, 12/14, the Judge’s decisions were all in the mother’s favor. Her ex-husband (triple-digit income), as you recall has been installing his former mistress, now wife, as the preferred parent over and above the children’s real mom whom they long for. He has persistently been taking the mother back to court to cut off her support and try to get 100% custody of the children. In order to have money for attorney fees, the mother is dependent upon the kindness of strangers — us — or her ex will win by default. Next court hearing is this week, Wednesday, January 6. The attorney is willing to continue to represent her if her retainer balance is brought current. In order to do that , she will need $7,000. This money is needed as soon as possible. Some of you have given over and above generosity. Deepest appreciation falls short....
