This is my dad, Frank, and around 3 years ago, he had a seizure and was diagnosed with Glioblastoma brain cancer. They rushed him to Orlando Hospital to do brain surgery for the removal of the tumor. He was very strong throughout all the treatment in the beginning and was feeling healthy and able to continue working for about 2 years while doing his chemo pills and treatments. The last year, unfortunately, has not been the same for him as he started feeling more sick and having more seizures, so he had to stop working near the end of 2023. Since then, he, of course, hasn’t been able to drive anymore, and from the seizures, he’s lost his ability to speak almost fully and has developed blood clots, not allowing him full range of movement.

With him not having an income anymore, I’m creating this to try and take some of the financial stresses off of him, like his rent, medicines, and medical bills and such. He worked very hard his whole life as a pizza man at various places, including Orchid Island Pizza for many years, even by himself sometimes, and others in town, which is why I want to try and help him as much as possible with not having to stress about if he has enough for rent that month and when he’s gonna run out of money.
