This holiday season, Kuna Coworking is partnering with St. Johns HUGS, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides food, clothing, and essentials to children in crisis throughout our local St. Johns County.
With recent funding cuts, many children are facing food insecurity and need our help more than ever. Kuna members and community friends can make a difference by contributing to this fundraiser. 100% of all funds collected will go directly toward purchasing food items on St. Johns HUGS’ most-needed list, including:
5 oz Canned Chicken (tab top)
Chef Boyardee & Mac-and-Cheese Bowls
Ramen and Noodle Cups
Chicken Noodle Soup (tab top)
Dinty Moore & Hormel Meal Trays
Fruit Cups (small cans, tab top)
Individual Bags of Cheez-its, Goldfish, or Pretzels
These single-serve, shelf-stable items help ensure that children experiencing homelessness or hardship have access to quick, easy meals at school, in shelters, or at home.
Every dollar truly counts. Together, we can fill shelves, fill bellies, and bring comfort to local kids who need it most this season. In addition to cash contributions, we are happily accepting the listed food items at both of our Kuna Coworking locations on Baymeadows Road and Belfort Parkway.
We are collecting cash and food donations up until November 14th, to ensure these reach children before school break. The Kuna Staff will be using donated funds to shop for food items on November 15th.
