Looking for Angel Investors

The Kulcha Klub Om Skool Hub is a neighborhood initiative. We are a collective of families, artists and apprentices that operate out of a historical house in Southwest Detroit. Seasonally we showcase aspiring artists while growing cottage industry.

We are a faith based community supporting families through building a safe hub for the neighborhood. All the families involved learn how to holistically raise children with:

  • Proper food
  • Nutrition education
  • Reading and writing
  • Learning language arts
  • Devotional practices
  • History and culture
  • Self discipline and self care
  • Creative environment
  • Art expression
  • Learning craftsmanship

We have a diverse group of cultures so we take pride in learning and sharing history from all parts of the world. Weekly there are art projects and workshops that teach mothers, fathers, and children how to use creative expression to become artists. This is done with creative inventing, design engineering, art marketing with festivities and food for the neighborhood.

Kulcha Klub has been operating since 2013, and is known as an Art gallery and community sanctuary. The community of Mexican town has given recognition to Kulcha Klub for helping families through the years who have needed transitional housing. This was done through the loving donations and hard work of community love. Kulcha Klub is not a nonprofit and works with very little funds. The Kulcha Klub wants to benefit its community with your financial help. We are fundraising for labor, materials, staff, and supplies for families and children.

Donation's Welcome:

Daily Cost of Care
Cost is based on each family’s individual income and their own unique situation.
We ask for a $25/day dollar minimum ranging up to $100/day depending on time allotted in care, cost of activities, and participation. This covers, household amenities, art supplies, use of space, care for kids, cost of food, maintenance needs and the main staff service providers of the house.

Sponsor A Family
We a have many families that come to us in need who have no funds and do a work in exchange program. We have been providing community support to those who have been without housing, food, lack of skills and education, to rebuild their lives. We are careful who we let into the program to keep the safety first priority of all others involved. We focus mostly on children and families. If you would like to help sponsor a family, or have housing availability in your home for those in need, we allocate funds for this community

Donations for Staff
A part of donations is providing care for staff as well. We are looking for open minded individuals that would like to donate their time to teach classes with a possibility of making a little bit of cash. We also need help with language barriers, and other activities. If you have patience, are good with people and children and want to join our community let us know!

Support for Artists
Your donations help creativity thrive and the art gallery stay up and running. We offer curated shows, daily art walks, work space Monday through Friday. We showcase events in the spring and summer through out the neighborhood.

We are NOT a non profit. We are simply a community and home network that cooperates under contractual obligations with each other. We do have a Fiduciary to accept donations and are pursuing investors and grants that apply to our cause.

Please help us reach our goal for the upcoming season!
