May UPDATE:
Jenny is incredibly grateful for all of those that have contributed. It’s helped her cover rent and utilities for a month. The unfortunate side is that she’s still unable to drive and hasn’t been cleared yet from her physical therapist. Jenny has also experienced a ton of swelling and pain which landed her back in the ER recently. They ruled out the major life threatening illnesses which is amazing but finding time to get into a specialist for further testing is taking some time. She’s slowly improving, still experiencing numbness in her feet along with swelling and hoping to gain more education from the neurologist as to what might be causing this.
If you have the means to support Jenny further it’s invaluable at this point helping her keep her independence that’s she worked so hard for. Prayers up!
Let’s show Jenny the love and support she deserves! Jen was admitted to the hospital due to numbness of her ankle and inability to walk. She had multiple falls that could have been so much worse. Hoping she’s on the path to getting better. She also suffers from chronic back pain (due to bulging discs) and us Reuters can attest to back pain that we’ve all experienced over the years. They’re still figuring out the cause for all of this but for now Jen needs to take some time off of work (she doesn’t have PTO) which will all be unpaid. She’s worked so hard to get to where she is and needs to take some time for herself as she heals. Jen doesn’t want to ask for help and yet is so deserving of the love and support.
Shes eager to get back to work but with a little support from us all in the meantime I’m hoping that will ease her mind and help her even more.
keep the prayers coming for her!
