Help Vincent and His Family

Hi. My name is Maria, and I am Vincent’s sister.

 

Things started out as the beginning of a normal work week. Vincent was starting a week long work convention in Las Vegas, Nevada on  Monday, June 6th. He had a great week with his colleagues until Friday came when he wasn’t feeling too well. He was excused in the early afternoon by his manager and unfortunately the next time he was seen was the next evening being sent to the ER by hotel security. They found him completely disoriented and incoherent after not checking out hours before. From the ER he was immediately transferred to the ICU unit where he has been ever since. What may have started out as COVID developed very rapidly to encephalitis. He has been in medically induced coma while also battling with clots throughout his body and lungs. One grave evening, he went into cardiac arrest and thankfully the doctors were able to bring him back to us. The blood thinners that saved his life from clots throughout unfortunately also  created a brain bleed.

Jennifer, Nikolette and other family members have been living out of suitcases 2300 miles away from home. Vincent and his family need help. They need resources and prayers. He will hopefully be able to be air ambulanced home, and get transferred to an Acute Long Term Care facility where they will face a very long healing process. We need to ensure that Vincent has the care that he needs while providing Jennifer and Nikolette with as much help and support as possible in order for them to care for Vincent. Please help in any way you can.
