Noah B.'s Mitzvah Project
Donation protected
My name is Noah B. This summer, I am taking an important step in my Jewish journey as I become a Bar Mitzvah. In preparation for for this, I have begun a mitzvah project that will help me better understand the important principle of tikkun olam (repair the world).

I am working to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association . Alzheimer's Disease takes away people's memory over time. Through your donations to my mitzvah project, I hope the Alzheimer's Association will be able to continue research that will put an end to this disease.
(Me and Papa on a trip to Catalina)
Several years ago, my Grandpa was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. He no longer knows my name or who I am. He can't do magic for me any more and although he can still play his harmonica, he can't really teach me how to do it because when he talks it doesn't make any sense.
(Me & Papa hanging out together)
The ugly disease recently had another impact on me when the owner of my beloved Denver Broncos, Pat Bowlen, was diagnosed with Alzhiemer's and had to step down as the team's head.
(Me and Papa in 2012, just before he went to the home for Alzheimer's patients)
According to the Alzheimer's Association, in 2014, more than 5.2 million people in the United States were living with Alzheimer's Disease. Every 67 seconds, someone is diagnosed. It's time to do something about this and I am going to do it - join me.
