Hello,
My name is Marie, and I am a first year medical student at Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine. I have been working toward my goal of becoming a physician since I was a little girl. My heart is drawn to help others in any way that I can. At Liberty, I am learning to heal the minds, bodies, and souls of all people. This medical mission trip will be my first experience serving in another country, and I will be with fellow classmates and faculty. I am very excited for this wonderful opportunity, and I hope this fundraising opportunity will help get me there.

This trip will take place this summer. We will be serving the underserved people of Guatemala by providing medical care along side the physicians who teach us everyday. We are also partnering with Hope of Life International who strive to help those who have been victims of poverty, natural disasters, disease, and starvation while sharing the love of Jesus Christ. God has blessed me so much in my short life, and I can only hope to bring goodness and love to the world by spreading His love. We are all created equal in His image. God is calling me to this mission, and I can't wait to see what He has in store for me. It will be a great journey. Please pray for us as we prepare for this trip and our time there.
