Those who know Krysten know her as someone who is always showing up for others — offering help before it’s asked for and giving her time, her energy, and her care, not to mention her thoughtful gifts, without hesitation. She is a true giver, and now she’s facing a season where she will need to focus on herself and her healing.

As you know, Krysten will be undergoing treatment for breast cancer early in the new year. While much of her medical care will be covered, the reality of treatment will likely bring many additional and unexpected costs — from recovery and comfort items at home, to medications, travel and parking for appointments, and extra support during recovery. At the same time, Neil may need to reduce his 'side hustle' painting business as he cares for her.
