Update 11/19/23 - Adoption is not able to happen due to funds not being available in the time the agency wants them all. We are all heartbroken . We will regroup and focus on the future. Please pray for this baby and that she finds a family that will love her.
Hi Everyone! As most of you know I am hoping to adopt a newborn. After several adoptions of older children from foster care I found myself wanting to adopt one last time, a baby, that I knew was mine from the start.
While I have the drive, determination, village of support, and love to spare - I do not have all the funds. Private adoption funds, domestically can go as high as $40,000 or more! I hope to raise some of this money to offset the costs of caring for birth mom while she is pregnant, lawyers, court documents, travel, and much more!
