Krispy Kreme workers are underpaid, overworked, and ready for change!

This GoFundMe is built for the organizing efforts of several of the employees at Krispy Kreme who live paycheck to paycheck and cannot afford to miss shifts. Krispy Kreme has been providing joy for the local community for over 20 years, yet the workers inside have been struggling to pay rent, have chronic back and wrist injuries that our health insurance won't cover, and while the cost of living has been rising our salaries have barely changed. We love providing joy to the people that come into Krispy Kreme, but it becomes harder to work with the unlivable wages we're being paid, and the fear that any day our hours could be cut and we won't be able to pay rent.

100% of your donation will go toward the efforts of organizing Krispy Kreme workers so we can fight for a better future. Krispy Kreme has the potential to be a great restaurant that continues providing joy for the community for years to come, but that all starts with supporting our valued workers!
